About this role
● Team Leadership: Break the bigger problem into smaller chunks and assign to the team
member (s); Mentor and technically supervise them; conduct design reviews; allocate work,
conduct reviews, and grow team capability. Ensure deliverable completeness and quality.
Ensure readiness for submission to Customer and Certification agencies.
● Coordinate with Customer (HAL/BEL/DRDO/IAF/Navy) and the certification agencies.
● Ensure timely completion of milestones.

● Provide remote and on-field support for testing at
customer location.
● Identify and provide vendor leads for Testing, Raw
material procurement, test equipment procurement, etc.
● Ensure AS9100D implementation and execution
● Project Management: Own schedule, budget, and deliverables for assigned products;
coordinate with shared teams. Track leading and lagging indicators, identify risks early and
mitigate them while working closely with the leaders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electronics &
Instrumentation, or any other relevant field.
● 6-12 years of relevant experience.
KEY COMPETENCIES
● Sound fundamentals in Science and Engineering especially analog, digital, and power
electronics circuits – Magnetism, Induction, Transformers, PCB Design, Circuit Design, etc.
● Great Organization Skills
● Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
● Demonstrated experience in traceable technical documentation and quality/compliance
mindset.
● Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of product development through qualification and into
production.
● Clear written and verbal communication - English
● Hands-on comfort with lab instruments - oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator, power
supplies.
● Good Fundamentals of MIL-STDs, MIL-PRFs, MIL-SPECs, MOPS, GOST and other
Defense and Aerospace Standards (Eg. MIL-STD-810, JSS 55555, MIL-STD-461, RTCA
DO-160, GOST Protocols)
● Knowledge of IMTAR 21 V2.0 and IMAP 2023 is required.
● Prior Experience on working on projects requiring certification by
CEMILAC/RCMA/DGAQA/CRI/DGCA. Or Prior experience of working with HAL/BEL as a
Customer. Or Prior Experience of working in HAL/BEL/DRDO.
● Prior Experience of Working with writing & reviewing Aerospace Documentation like QTP,
ATP, FTP, MDI, BOM, Drawings & Schematics, LQTP, SDD, SRS, QAP, etc.
● Prior Experience of working in a AS9100D framework environment.
● Strong learning and reading skills for datasheets, standards, White Papers, Patents, IEEE
and Research Papers.
● Experience of working with Sensors or Instrumentation is a plus.
