Job Title: Dynamics CRM Engineer
Experience Level: 5-7 Years

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and related Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Azure, Dataverse, and Dynamics Sales and Marketing applications, along with strong experience in production support, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Support Maintenance:
  
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.
  • Power Platform Expertise:
    
    • Design, configure, and optimize Power Apps solutions following best practices for scalability and performance.
    • Integrate Dynamics Sales and Marketing applications with Power BI and Dataverse.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards in all implementations.
    • Environment Lifecycle Management:
      
      • Provision and manage CRM environments.
      • Source and Revision control best practices including code reviews for all source, schema, application, and logic changes.
      • Promote code through multiple environments using ADO (Azure DevOps).
      • Configure role-based access, logging, and Application Insights for monitoring.
      • Performance Capacity Planning:
        
        • Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
        • Plan and manage capacity, data usage, and storage requirements.
        • Data Management:
          
          • Work with data models, schemas, and relationships within Dataverse.
          • Manage backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes.
          • Deployment Automation:
            
            • Package solutions for deployment across environments.
            • Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing processes.
            • Create unit tests and support test automation frameworks.
            • Security Compliance:
              
              • Configure Entra ID (Azure AD) roles and permissions.
              • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and SOC2 compliance requirements.
              • Collaboration Communication:
                
                • Partner effectively with architects, product owners, and development teams.
                • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
                • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
                  
                  
                  Required Qualifications
                  

                  • Experience:
                    
                    • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Apps.
                    • At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services.
                    • Technical Skills:
                      
                      • Strong knowledge of Dynamics Sales and Marketing applications, Power BI, Dataverse.
                      • Experience with ADO for lifecycle management and CI/CD pipelines.
                      • Proficiency in configuring role-based access, logging, and monitoring tools.
                      • Solid understanding of data models, schemas, and relationships.
                      • Certifications (Preferred):
                        
                        • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent.
                        • Soft Skills:
                          
                          • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
                          • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
