Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in an Agile environment with Product Management and business stakeholders to ensure clear application design and specification.
• Lead the development of new applications to meet specified requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor other Software Engineers on the team.
• Analyze and maintain existing applications and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to provide timely solutions.
• Modify software to correct errors, enhance quality, and improve reliability, productivity, and performance.
• Analyze system specifications and break down requirements into actionable tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with MSSQL, MongoDB, microservices, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in front-end technologies like React JS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with fluency in English.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Positive attitude, adaptability to change, and ability to take strategic direction from management.
• Ability to work for extended periods at a computer and maintain focus during working hours.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Leadership or management experience in technical program management or similar roles.
• Strong collaboration and mentorship abilities, fostering growth within a development team.
• Automotive software systems experience is a plus.
