About this role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in cryptography.
- Actively participate in the design and coding of the QVault Service platform, ensuring its security and performance.
- Integrate cutting-edge cryptographic algorithms and protocols (e. g., AES, RSA, Dilithium, Falcon, SPHINCS) into the platform.
- Integrate hardware security modules(HSMs) using OpenCryptoki and PKCS #11 APIs.
- Conduct regular security reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the QVault Service aligns with business objectives.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in software development, focusing on WebApps/Services, security development.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, protocols, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with design and coding in React JS and Java Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Linux Platform.
- Hands-on experience with networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with web app product development from the ground up is a plus.
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography(PQC)is a bonus.
