Job Title: Technical Lead ? Java/J2EE, SQL, Github Copilot, GCP & HTML

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming experience in Java / J2EE (Springboot, XML Webservices, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, GCP
• Proficient in Java, Springboot, Microservices.
• Experience with web application servers such as Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and development tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Maven)
• Working experience in Cloud Technologies ? GCP or other
• AI assisted development.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of Junior developers in the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications.
• Oversee project life cycles including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver quality software on time.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior team members.
• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
• Maintain documentation for system design, development, and deployment.
• Assist team through AI assisted Development and design.
