Technical Lead - UIDAI, Bengaluru

Location - Technology Centre, Bengaluru

Educational Qualification - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Relevant technical certifications preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in large-scale identity, authentication, or secure platform development is preferred.

Primary Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, React, React Native, Angular, Kubernetes, Kafka, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and cryptography.

Secondary Skills:

• Agile development experience and DevOps collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Job Profile

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of module components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and integration issues.
• Review code and conduct peer programming sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical challenges.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UIDAI policies.
