- Project Delivery: Estimate timelines and ensure technical deliverables meet deadlines.
- 5+ years of development experience with 1+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in full-stack architecture and system design.
- Ability to balance technical debt with feature delivery.
- Strong mentorship and conflict resolution skills.
