Technical Lead / Sr. Facility Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations at the facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of equipment such as DG sets, transformers, chillers, HT systems, LT panels, and other mechanical installations.
  
• Manage breakdowns and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance work to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical engineering and mechanical engineering.
  
• Monitor energy consumption patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in a similar role or industry (manufacturing).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of technical operations, including DG sets, transformers, chillers, HT systems, LT panels.
