Technical Lead/SME For IBM integration platforms and middleware, WFO

1. Primary Responsibilities

The selected candidate is expected to:

• Act as a Technical Lead/SME for integration platforms and middleware technologies.
• Understand the current architecture and operational landscape.
• Drive technical improvements and modernization initiatives.
• Support major incidents requiring deep technical expertise.
• Build technical roadmaps and improvement plans.
• Reduce dependency on external vendors by strengthening internal technical knowledge.
• Guide and challenge vendor teams based on technical expertise.

2. Technical Skills Required

Key technology exposure includes:

• IBM integration technologies
• Middleware platforms
• A2A (Application-to-Application) integrations
• B2B integrations
• IBM Bus / MFT and related integration solutions
• Enterprise integration architectures and operational support models

3. Scope Clarification

• The role focuses on existing operational integration platforms supporting Atlas and associated enterprise systems.
• The role does not currently include SAP BTP ownership or new S/4 migration activities.
• Primary responsibility is supporting middleware and integration components connected to business systems.

4. Service Management vs Technical Leadership

• A separate service management capability is being established.
• This position is specifically intended to provide strong technical leadership.

5. Work Timing

• The resource will work in standard Europe-aligned business hours as required by the team.
