Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, along with strong knowledge of Auto Cloud or Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
