Duration: Long term We are looking for an experienced

Technical Lead – Frontend Engineering with strong expertise in

React.js and Svelte.js to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can drive frontend architecture, guide engineering teams, establish development standards, and collaborate closely with product, UX, backend, and architecture teams.

Requirements:

• A minimum of

8 years of experience in software/frontend application development.

• Strong hands-on development experience with

React.js .

• Strong hands-on development experience with

Svelte.js and/or SvelteKit .

• Advanced proficiency in

JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript .

• Solid experience of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Web Design, and Modern frontend development practices
• Strong experience developing reusable UI components and component libraries.
• Experience with frontend state management solutions such as

Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API , and

Svelte Stores

• Experience integrating applications with

REST APIs and/or GraphQL .

• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming and API communication.
• Strong understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Git-based source-control platforms.
• Experience with modern build and development tools such as Vite, Webpack, npm, Yarn, or pnpm
• Experience with unit and frontend testing frameworks.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
