Technical Lead - Oracle

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and review technical solutions for Oracle-based applications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Oracle technologies, including Forms, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, and Database.
• Review technical specifications, design documents, code quality, and project deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis where required.
• Drive continuous improvement of Oracle frameworks, standards, tools, and development practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and IT partners to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of business-critical applications.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle application development and support.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Forms 12c, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Database 19c.
• Experience leading technical reviews, solution design, and code quality initiatives.
• Good understanding of Java, JavaScript, XML, and database modelling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the shipping, logistics, or supply chain domain is an added advantage.
