Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical lead with extensive experience in Node.js, React.js, and AWS to lead our development . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize Node.js and React.js to guide technical decisions and ensure best practices are followed.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical and project management best practices.
• Continuously assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Node.js is a deal breaker.
• Proficient in React.js for front-end development.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in leading remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development.
• Proven experience in managing projects using Node.js and React.js.
