Technical Lead – Network & Security

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Technical Lead – Network & Security to join our team. Responsible for leading the design, deployment, and operation of our enterprise-grade network and security infrastructure. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement to ensure a robust and secure connectivity framework across our large-scale production environment.

7 years of experience in relevant fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ·

Experience & Leadership: · 5+ years of hands-on experience in network security technology, with a strong focus on enterprise environments . · Minimum 2 years of experience in a Tech Lead, L3, or equivalent leadership role, with proven ability to mentor and manage technical teams . ·

Technical Expertise: ·

Firewalls & Security: Deep hands-on experience with Firewalls, IPS/IDS, and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) from vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco ASA . ·

VPN: Proven expertise with IPSec/SSL VPNs, site-to-site tunnels, and remote access solutions (e.g., GlobalProtect, AnyConnect) . ·

Network Access Control: Experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass . ·

Networking: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, HSRP) . ·

Data Center: Experience with Data Center Network Security and technologies like Cisco Nexus is preferred . ·

Cloud & SD-WAN: Basic knowledge of cloud networking (Azure/AWS) and SD-WAN technologies is a plus .
