Technical Lead / .NET Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / .NET Architect who can take ownership of technical design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, Web API, Microservices, SQL Server and Azure, along with the ability to lead developers, review code, solve complex technical problems, and make sound architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Define and implement application architecture, technical standards, and design patterns.
• Lead the development team technically and provide guidance on complex development challenges.
• Perform system design, technical design, code reviews, and architecture reviews.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Web APIs and Microservices.
• Identify technical risks and provide effective and scalable solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and establish coding and development best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, QA, DevOps, and other teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and solution planning.
• Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Work closely with US/client-facing teams when required.

AI & Modern Development Tools

• Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
• Ability to use AI for coding, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development and validating AI-generated code for quality, security, and performance.
