Technical Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional business process knowledge and technical expertise to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions.

Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Sales and Customer Service processes.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications.
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Develop and customize plugins, workflows, JavaScript, business rules, custom APIs, and PCF controls.
• Integrate D365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps or middleware.
• Perform data migration using Data Import Wizard, SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Participate in solution design, technical architecture, code reviews and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and cross-functional teams during all project phases.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing and production deployments.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
