We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead who can drive product development, lead engineering initiatives, and build robust, scalable applications while mentoring a growing development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and applications.
• Manage, mentor, and guide developers to ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams to define and implement technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish development best practices.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system reliability.
• Oversee application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and project management activities.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance and development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and production support.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, security, and scalability principles.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering complex technology projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications, analytics platforms, or large-scale consumer products is a plus.
