Technical Lead - MERN Stack

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentorthe developmentteam through guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
• Plan sprints, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Take ownership of technical decisions and solution architecture.
• Create and manage projecttimelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver on-time or before-time solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle client communication and provide technical clarity and updates.
• Manage availability based on client requirements and time zones.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with Next.js and TypeScript is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience handling cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in team mentoring,leadership, and project ownership.
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools is a must.
• Good to Have (Advantage):
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience interacting directly with international clients.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Communication:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required due to client interactions.
