We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, automation, and integrations. The candidate should have experience working with ITSM/CSM modules, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, scripting, and REST API integrations.
- Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ITSM/CSM, Service Catalog, workflows, and process automation.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions.
- Build automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Develop and support REST API/integration solutions with external applications.
- Troubleshoot defects and support enhancements and releases.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Must be comfortable working from Pune, Hinjewadi Phase 2 office for 3 days per week.
- Compensation: up to 25 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
