Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive technical decisions, mentor development teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery using modern cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade applications.
• Architect and implement scalable Microservices-based solutions.
• Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and best practices across the team.
• Develop RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps best practices.
