Technical Lead- GoLang (Backend & Platform Architecture)

The Group has also established an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) facility in Gurugram to provide comprehensive avionics maintenance and repair services to Indian airlines and support the growth of the local aviation industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall architecture and technical direction of backend systems and platforms.
• Design scalable, highly available, secure, and maintainable distributed systems and microservices.
• Define service architecture, APIs, data models, integration patterns, and technology standards.
• Drive architecture and design decisions, balancing scalability, performance, reliability, security, and cost.
• Lead technical design and architecture reviews for major initiatives.
• Remain hands-on with Golang and Python, contributing to critical and technically complex components.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with strong backend/distributed systems expertise.
• B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and Python.
• Deep knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to drive architecture and technical decisions across multiple teams.
• Experience leading large-scale architecture modernization or technology transformation initiatives.
