Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps

Area(s) of responsibility JD - CRMA Key Responsibilities

• Execute the analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with business heads to identify and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases.
• Development of executive dashboards, operational reports, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Drive analytics across DMS, CRM (Salesforce), ERP, Telematics, and Manufacturing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven roles. Technical & Analytics Skills
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills; working knowledge of Python or R preferred.
• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Exposure to CRM, ERP, DMS, and large-scale transactional datasets. Business & Domain Skills
• Good understanding of manufacturing, automotive, or industrial business processes.
• Experience with sales, service, inventory, warranty, or dealer performance analytics.
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytics outcomes.
