Job Responsibilities
- 1. Design exposure of automotive seating components
- 2. Providing engineering solution during design of trim components aggregates, engineering feasibility checks
- 3. Evaluation of Class-A data from engineering perspective. And suggest any improvements through 3D engineering data
- 4. Critical 3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings
- 5. Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.
- 6. Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE & TCUA.
- 7. Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage
- 8. Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP
- 9. Knowledge of Seating regulations and testings
- 10. Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills
