About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-potential Full Stack Engineer to grow into a Technical Co-Lead for a large and expanding enterprise account. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, team coordination, engineering governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will partner with the Delivery Manager to drive high-quality execution while mentoring engineers and scaling engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
- Build secure REST APIs using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
- Develop and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Act as the technical anchor across one or more Scrum teams.
- Guide developers through code reviews, design discussions and mentoring.
- Drive engineering excellence including CI/CD, code quality, SonarQube and unit testing.
- Identify technical, delivery and dependency risks and drive mitigation.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support sprint planning and estimation.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops and sprint demos.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the engineering team in customer discussions, demos, and technical workshops.
- Partner with the Delivery Manager to improve delivery predictability, engineering rigor, and customer satisfaction.
- Grow into a technical leadership role with increasing ownership of delivery and people leadership.
Requirements
- React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- C#, ASP.NET Core (.NET 6/7/8/10), REST APIs, Entity Framework Core
- Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vault, Azure DevOps)
- SQL Server, Git, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
