Technical lead/Design Engineer-Winch

Roles and Responsibility:

• Individual contributor who can work independently.
• Can independently perform detailed design calculations, concept design, Tolerance stack up

as required for the project.

• Can support product / process improvement, cost reduction (VAVE) activities.
• Support testing & validation

Skills Required-:

• Should be good in engineering basics, 3D modeling, drafting, assembly etc.
• Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, presentation skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing industries.
