Technical Lead-Cybersecurity

Area(s) of responsibility

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity professional responsible for the administration, engineering, implementation, and optimization of enterprise security solutions across Cloud Security, Identity Security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Security, OT Security, Network Security, and DevSecOps domains. The role requires hands-on expertise in managing security platforms, enhancing security posture, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring secure access and governance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot security platforms including Netskope, AlgoSec, Symantec AV (OT), ADAudit Plus, GitLab, Silverfort, CyberArk PAM, and BeyondTrust Password Safe & Remote Access.
• Manage cloud security controls, web security policies, DLP and secure access solutions.
• Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.
• Design and manage privileged account onboarding, password rotation, session monitoring, vault management, and access governance.
• Configure and maintain adaptive authentication, MFA, privileged access monitoring, and identity threat protection solutions.
• Perform firewall policy analysis, rule reviews, risk assessments, and compliance validation activities.
• Administer Active Directory auditing, privileged activity monitoring, and compliance reporting.
• Manage GitLab security configurations, user access, repository governance, runners, and DevSecOps security integrations.
• Conduct security tool upgrades, patch management, health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Develop automation, operational runbooks, SOPs, dashboards, and security reports.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, and Application teams to address security requirements and incidents.
• Support audit, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements through reporting and evidence collection.
• Engage with vendors for issue resolution, product enhancements, and technical support.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Tools Administration, IAM/PAM, or Security Operations.

• GitLab Administration
• Silverfort

• BeyondTrust Password Safe & Remote Access
• Experience of IAM, PAM, Network Security, Endpoint Security, and OT Security.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows/Linux environments, and security compliance frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in security governance, audit support, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
