Tech Lead - C++ for Linux
Location: Preferably SMILES 2-Bengaluru, Remote will also work, with occasional travel to Bangalore office for any important meeting.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead with extensive experience in C++ programming for Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex software projects and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Experience in legacy application modernization is a plus, but the primary focus will be on C++ expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the software development project
- Utilize strong C++ knowledge to guide technical discussions and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement best practices for software development and project management.
- Assist in the modernization of legacy applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
Mandatory Skills:
