About this role
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Lead – Business Intelligence & Microsoft Fabric to join our growing Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BI solutions, hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, and the ability to work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery. Location: Chennai Experience: 7–12 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. · Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day client interactions. · Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions. · Architect and implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related data technologies. · Guide and mentor BI developers and data engineers. · Ensure adherence to best practices in data modeling, reporting, governance, and performance optimization. · Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive delivery excellence. · Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success. Required Skills & Experience: · 7–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Warehousing. · Strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, OneLake, Real-Time Analytics). · Expertise in
Power BI , DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices. · Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts. · Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliveries. · Ability to interact confidently with clients, gather requirements, provide recommendations, and manage stakeholder expectations. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
