Hiring: Technical Lead – Application Modernization (Python, Kubernetes/OpenShift)
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

We are hiring an experienced Technical Lead to drive cloud-native modernization workstreams, turning approved target architecture and milestone plans into executable engineering outcomes.
What you'll do:
Lead current-state assessment of application architecture, repositories, interfaces, databases, and dependencies
Shape and validate target-state cloud-native architecture, service decomposition, containerization, and migration sequencing
Oversee Kubernetes/OpenShift workloads and CI/CD pipelines using Harness and GitHub Actions
Implement observability across logging, monitoring, metrics, and alerting
Set coding, review, testing, and deployment-readiness standards; run design and code reviews
Coordinate with client SMEs, platform, database, security, testing, and release teams
Support performance validation, production-readiness reviews, cutover, stabilization, and technical closeout
What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on expertise in Python
Cloud-native modernization, microservices, and API-led design
Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (Helm/manifests, secrets management, health checks, scaling, troubleshooting)
CI/CD and DevSecOps with GitHub Actions, Harness, and Git workflows
Working knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
Observability experience (structured logging, dashboards, metrics, alerting)
Secure SDLC, testing strategy, performance engineering, and production-readiness practices
Good to have: Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and experience in a regulated enterprise environment.
