Technical Lead — AI Automation & LLM Systems (.NET) Employment Type Contract-Based (Remote) 6 month contract Experience Required : 5–7 Years About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in AI automation systems, enterprise workflow platforms, and LLM-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems, automation pipelines, document processing workflows, and scalable backend architectures. This role requires someone who can independently drive architecture decisions, lead implementation, and solve complex business automation challenges using modern AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable AI-powered automation systems Build and integrate chatbot/copilot solutions using OpenAI or Azure OpenAI Develop enterprise-grade backend services using .NET technologies Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and LLM orchestration workflows Create document processing and OCR-based automation systems Integrate enterprise platforms, APIs, ERP systems, and workflow tools Build approval workflows, audit logging systems, and process tracking solutions Collaborate with frontend teams for dashboard and chat-based interfaces Optimize system performance, scalability, and deployment workflows Required Skills Backend & Enterprise Development Strong experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core / C# REST API development & scalable backend architecture SQL Server / PostgreSQL Background workers, queues, and workflow engines Enterprise application & ERP integrations AI / LLM / Automation OpenAI / Azure OpenAI integration RAG pipelines & vector databases AI chatbot / Copilot development Prompt engineering & LLM orchestration AI-assisted workflow automation systems Document & Workflow Automation PDF/document parsing OCR & intelligent document extraction pipelines Email automation workflows Approval-based workflow systems Audit logging & activity tracking Frontend & Product Understanding Working knowledge of React / Next.js Understanding of dashboard and workflow-based UI systems Experience with chat-based interfaces Preferred Skills Microsoft Graph API Copilot Studio / Power Automate LangChain / LlamaIndex SharePoint integrations MCP servers Docker & deployment workflows Legacy .NET / VB.NET integration experience What We’re Looking For Candidates who have built and deployed real-world AI systems in production Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and automation platforms Ability to architect scalable and maintainable systems Practical implementation mindset with strong problem-solving skills Someone comfortable handling complex integrations and ownership-driven development
