Technical IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical positions.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Use recruitment portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial HR/technical screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical skills such as Java, . NET, Python, React, Angular, SQL, Cloud, Testing, DevOps, etc.
• Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
• Knowledge of the complete recruitment life cycle.
