Role & responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across India and overseas.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to client requirements and job descriptions.
Recruit technical professionals for industries such as Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, QA/QC, NDT, Welding, Electrical, Mechanical, and HSE.
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews, feedback, selection, and joining.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates regarding documentation, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable profiles within timelines.
