About this role
We are looking for Technical Help Desk Executives to provide remote technical support to dealership technicians and service centers. The role involves handling inbound technical queries, diagnosing vehicle issues, guiding technicians through troubleshooting processes, and ensuring timely resolution of service tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic technical support for 2-wheeler electrical and mechanical issues.
- Diagnose problems related to engine, transmission, fuel injection, wiring, battery, ECU, sensors, brakes, and suspension.
- Analyze diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and guide technicians on repairs.
- Coordinate with field teams and escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler electrical and mechanical systems.
- Understanding of diagnostic tools such as Multimeter, OBD Scanner, Compression Gauge, etc.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency for CRM and documentation.
