Job Description:
Designation: Technical Head/Project Head/R&D Head
Department : Paint protection film ( Extrusion and coating)
Location: Gugalkota, Neemrana
Salary : Best in Industry
Experience : 15 to 25 Years
Qualification: B.tech-Plastics Tech./M.tech.-Plastics Tech./PHD-Plastics/Material
science/Chemical
Preferred Industry: PPF/PET film coating/ lamination
Required Skills: Strong foundation in PPF manufacturing, polymer chemistry, coating
technology, UV coating, Self-healing coating, PSA, Failure analysis, Material
characterization, Product life-cycle management (PLM), Regulatory compliance,
Extrusion machinery, coating process machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for selection of machines, raw materials, process, layout
of plant for PPF plant installation and development.
2. Good knowledge of fire safety & VOC management and clean room of PPF plant.
3. Oversee the development of multi-layer PPF technologies, including topcoats,
polyurethane (TPU) base films, and pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs)Cost
Optimization
4. Ensure products meet automotive and industry standards for weathering, UV
exposure, stone chipping and chemical resistance,etc.
5. Monitor competitor products and industry trends to align the R&D roadmap with
market demands.
6. Expertise in UV-curable coatings, crosslinking mechanisms, and surface energy
modification
7. Good knowledge of Project handling/product handling and project analysis.
