Technical Facility Manager-Leading Corporate Client in Powai(Mumbai)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager - Technical to oversee end-to-end technical facility operations for a large commercial portfolio in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in managing building engineering systems, technical maintenance, vendor management, and statutory compliance across large-scale facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of Corporate facilities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure minimum downtime.
• Monitor energy management initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
• Manage technical service providers and ensure SLA adherence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, EHS standards, and client policies.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets, maintenance schedules, and MIS reports.
• Handle audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of facility performance and occupier satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Facility Management.
• Must have managed a commercial portfolio/site exceeding 500,000 sq. ft. in current or previous assignments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, STP/WTP, BMS, and Fire Safety systems.
• Experience in managing large teams and multiple vendors.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and safety regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
