Role - Facility Executive Technical

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems on assigned floors.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure minimum downtime.
• Coordinate and monitor vendors/AMCs for service quality and SLA adherence.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
• Manage housekeeping, pantry, and overall floor upkeep.
• Support meeting room readiness and employee service requests.
• Track energy usage and support efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain logs, reports, audits, and escalate issues when required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 8 years of experience in facility management (technical + floor operations)
• Strong knowledge of vendor management
• Understanding of safety, compliance and audit processes
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, problem-solving and service-oriented approach
