Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical)
• 5-7 years in facility management (corporate clients preferred)
• Age: Below 35 years
• Strong knowledge of Electrical & HVAC systems
• Ability to independently manage site operations

Role

Manage technical M&E operations, preventive maintenance programs, and vendor coordination. Handle incident management, annual power downs, energy conservation initiatives, and ensure business uptime as per SLA/KPI targets.

Reports to: Chief Engineer
