Job Description

Location: New Delhi

Designation: Technical Facility Executive

Shift Timings: General Shift - 9AM-6 PM

Work Schedule: 6 days/week

Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Operations: Maintain HT/LT substations, DG sets, UPS, chillers, AHUs, and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive and predictive schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Compliance Safety: Enforce fire safety, lift regulations, and environmental statutory norms.
• Vendor AMC Management: Supervise technical contracts, evaluate performance, and track service level agreements.
• Cost Energy Control: Monitor utility consumption and drive energy-efficiency projects.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4 to 12 years of hands-on technical management in commercial buildings, IT parks, or corporate campuses.
• Core Skills: Deep knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, breakdown troubleshooting, team supervision
