Technical Expert Windchill Experience Range: 510 years Technology Expertise: PTC Windchill MustHave Skills - Strong handson experience in Windchill customization (server/clientside, APIs, extensions) - Deep understanding of Windchill System Architecture - Proficiency in Core Advanced Java, REST APIs, JSON, XML - Working knowledge of CAD systems (preferably CATIA) GoodtoHave Skills - Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill product line, modules, and technology stack - Experience in enterprise application deployments and production support - Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to resolve moderate to complex technical problems - Proven capability to work in a crosscultural, multilocation team environment - Strong communication, coordination, and assertiveness for task ownership and stakeholder alignment - Experience working in customer support environments Roles Responsibilities - Develop, debug, optimize, and validate code within the Windchill environment - Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive code quality improvements - Build custom Windchill solutions using APIs, customization frameworks, and extensions - Analyze and resolve complex L3 development and production issues - Conduct rootcause analysis for incidents and problems; implement effective fixes - Maintain, support, and enhance existing Windchill applications
