Technical Expert - Engineering (Filling)

Role & responsibilities

• Operation of FFX machine and control rejection at filling stage.

• Maintain quality of product (as per IPQC standard).

• Follow Departmental SOP's and cGMP.

• To follow the instruction received from Shift In charge.

• Responsible for personnel and machine safety.

• Responsible for performing the pressure cuff test as per the SOP.

• Follow clean room area discipline and maintain clean room area cleaning.

• Record all necessary information / readings. MRN in machine operating log books / aseptic cleaning records and BPCR.

• Maintain facility and equipment / machine in good condition.

• To ensure segregation of generated waste material.

• To report and investigate Environmental, safety, Energy loss deviations / incidents, non-conformance.

• To take immediate action to avoid spillage.

• To understand & follow Environmental, Occupational health and safety, Energy policy.

• Understand and follow the OCP for preventing, reducing or eliminating the significant aspects, Energy loss and risks in respective area.
