Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS systems, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems
• Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks, and compliance documents
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, and maintenance records.
• Monitor electricity, water, diesel, and utility consumption.
• Daily Briefing Technical supervisor about Planned activities and major Building compliant
• Ensure timely closure of complaints and service requests.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors for facility services.
• Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent.
• Every month prepare material snag list and share with Assistant facility manager for further BOQ, procurement process.
• Track open maintenance issues and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor online readings, PPM checklists, and asset performance; ensure all scheduled maintenance activities and routine rounds are completed as per plan.

Skillset required

• Strong knowledge of Building operations
• The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety systems, STP/WTP, and BMS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and maintenance reporting.
