About this role
Job Summary
Support Technical, Quality, and RD activities through product testing, technical site support, troubleshooting, product application, customer coordination, and internal technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct testing and evaluation of construction chemical products and raw materials.
- Perform routine laboratory tests as per established procedures and quality standards.
- Provide technical support for waterproofing chemicals, admixtures, epoxy, tile adhesives, repair products, and other construction chemicals.
- Visit project sites and assist in product application, trials, demonstrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Conduct product trials and provide technical recommendations based on site requirements.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with the Technical / RD team for suitable solutions.
- Maintain records of test results, product trials, site visits, and technical reports.
- Assist in new product development, product improvement, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with Sales Marketing teams to provide technical support to customers.
- Explain product application methods, dosage, mixing procedures, and precautions to customers and contractors.
- Monitor product performance at sites and collect customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and testing standards.
- Support the preparation of technical data sheets, test reports, and product-related documentation.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the laboratory and work area.
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or M.Sc. Chemistry.

Required Skills / Experience - Good knowledge of construction materials and construction chemical applications.
- Basic understanding of concrete, mortar, waterproofing, adhesives, and repair systems.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and quality control procedures.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
- Ability to prepare basic technical reports and maintain records.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Candidates from construction chemicals, cement, RMC, concrete admixture, waterproofing, tile adhesive, epoxy, paint, or building-material industries will be preferred.
