Role & responsibilities

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems. • Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and ensure timely delivery of services. • Monitor facility-related budgets, expenses, and optimize resource utilization. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (fire safety, occupational health & safety, waste management, etc.). • Develop and implement facility policies, SOPs, and emergency preparedness plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. • Relevant certifications in MEP systems, such as HVAC or electrical licenses, are preferred. • 3-7 years of experience in facility management or MEP operations, preferably in commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties.
