Technical Development Lead - Python

Location - Pune

• 8+ years of experience in software development with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in API design, integration architecture, and engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with API and event-driven integrations using WebSocket, Webhook, Kafka, and related technologies.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools in production and non-production environments.
• Ability to lead development teams and drive end-to-end technical delivery.
