Technology Delivery Manager – Banking & Financial Services

Mandatory Experience

• 18+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership.
• Strong Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience managing large programs and portfolios with 200+ team members.
• Strong technology background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience leading digital transformation, cloud transformation, modernization, or AI-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive governance forums.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margins, portfolio financials, and delivery governance.

Important Note

Technology depth is a critical requirement. While hands-on coding expertise is not expected, the candidate must be technically strong enough to understand modern technology landscapes, confidently discuss technology strategy with clients and engineering teams, challenge technical decisions where required, and articulate technology-led business solutions. Candidates with only account management or delivery governance backgrounds, without strong technology understanding, will not be considered.

Travel: Occasional travel to client sites and other Synechron hubs as required
