Technical Delivery Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery & Program Management professional to manage multiple customer projects and managed-service engagements. The role will involve delivery governance, technical oversight, stakeholder management, and coordination across Network, Systems, Database, Cloud, and Monitoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across multiple technical teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical solutions, migration plans, architecture, and implementation approaches.
• Manage customer communication, project reviews, and escalations.
• Ensure smooth Sales/Presales-to-Delivery handover.
• Track project quality, SLA, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project managers and technical teams and drive process improvements.
