Technical Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day technical activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Liaise with engineering, operations, procurement, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare, maintain, and track technical documents, reports, drawings, specifications, and project records.
• Coordinate technical requirements, site activities, inspections, installations, testing, and commissioning as applicable.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on pending technical activities and deliverables.
• Assist engineers and project teams in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Review technical documentation and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items to closure.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding technical submissions, deliveries, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Maintain proper records of approvals, revisions, correspondence, and technical communications.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and timely completion of deliverables.
• Perform other technical coordination and administrative responsibilities as required.
