Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can create clear, structured, and high-quality content for our software products. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical workflows into simple, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical users.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to create documentation and content that improves product adoption and customer experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical content such as:
  
• Product documentation
• User manuals and help guides
• Knowledge base articles
• API documentation (basic level)
• Feature release notes
• Create website content and landing pages for software products.
• Translate technical workflows into user-friendly instructions.
• Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture.
• Create SEO-friendly content for product pages and blogs.
• Update and optimize existing documentation regularly.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Review and proofread content before publishing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in technical or SaaS content writing.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
• Understanding of:

• Software workflows
• Experience with SEO content writing.
