Technical Content Writer

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Writer to develop and analyze digital content that supports key business objectives at GEODIS. The successful candidate should have a strong background in technical writing, content management, and eLearning development.

Job Duties

Primary Duties

• Develop digital content, including training materials, user guides, and help documentation for GEODIS' logistics and supply chain management services.
• Analyze existing content, identify gaps, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Design and develop eLearning materials, including storyboards, on-screen texts, and audio scripts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across GEODIS' business functions to develop high-quality content.
• Conduct analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital content and make data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and business SMEs.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality content within defined timelines.

Minimum Requirements

Experience/Educational Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, content management, and eLearning development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience working with product managers, business analysts, and business SMEs.
• Hands-on experience delivering eLearning material on technology products.
• High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, and team-player.
• Experience with content management systems and eLearning authoring tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management services.

Essential Skills

• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) tools.
• Basic understanding of Analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
