Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and proofread high-quality, original content that is accurate, well-researched, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Develop content across multiple formats, including blogs, social media posts, advertisements, landing pages, marketing campaigns, and other digital content.

• Translate marketing ideas and business objectives into compelling content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.

• Adapt writing styles, tone, and messaging to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and demographics.

• Develop compelling ad copy, landing-page content, campaign messaging, and promotional content that drives engagement and conversions.

• Manage and execute basic on-page and off-page SEO activities to support website visibility and organic search performance.

• Define and maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and communication standards across external channels.

• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other internal teams to develop social media creatives, videos, campaigns, and other branded content.

• Develop and maintain editorial and social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publishing.

• Research industry trends, competitor activities, emerging content formats, and best practices across various platforms and channels.

• Identify and capitalize on trending topics, content patterns, and emerging opportunities to create timely and engaging content.

• Track, analyze, and report social media and content performance metrics, including traffic, impressions, engagement, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content accurately represents the company's products, services, values, and brand identity.

• Take ownership of content projects from ideation and research through writing, editing, optimization, and final delivery.

• Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and creativity.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in technical content writing, content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

• Impeccable understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and writing style.

• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to make complex or technical concepts easy to understand.

• Ability to identify and leverage content trends, audience behavior, and emerging formats.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimization, and digital marketing practices.

• Creative, curious, and capable of developing out-of-the-box content ideas.

• Strong research skills with the ability to understand new industries, products, technologies, and concepts quickly.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and execute projects with minimal supervision.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with marketing, design, product, and other cross-functional teams.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
